When will you arrive at my event or wedding reception? How long does it take for set-up?
We will arrive at least one (1) hour before your event, which allows us ample time for setup and to make sure everything is ready to go before your guests arrive. It takes us about 30-45 minutes to have everything completely set up and ready. Is the type of equipment you use professional?
ABSOLUTELY! We would never use anything other than top-notch equipment. Yamaha, Shure and JBL are just a few of the name brands we use. We use a cordless microphone, as well as corded microphones to ensure clearness and un-interruption when you are singing, giving toasts or making announcements. Most all of our wires are either covered up or hidden under linen for a clean appearance. We want everything to look nice and formal for your event! |
Will you handle all of the announcements? Will you be the master of ceremonies?
Yes, this is part of the job! As the MC for your wedding, we will work closely with either your photographer and/or wedding planner to make sure everything goes smoothly and in the order in which you like. We will make sure your guests are well informed with announcements made throughout the night. It is important that your guests know when you are taking your first dance and more. We make sure the announcements, toasts, etc. will be loud enough for everyone to hear. We only do necessary announcements, that way you hear more music and less talk! For all other events, unless there is a designated person who wishes to make the announcements, we would be more than happy to be the MC! |
What will you wear at my event? What about my wedding reception?
For a wedding reception, we will ALWAYS dress professionally and with class. You do not have to worry about us showing up in a t-shirt and jeans. For your karaoke party or other event, we usually dress in dressy-casual attire or how the client would like us to dress, if there is a theme. We will always have a professional appearance, no matter what!
