When do I pay for my event? Do you accept Credit Cards/Debit Cards?
We require a non-refundable retainer in order to secure the date for your event. The retainer is due ASAP in order to lock in the date of your event and your date will not be secured until the retainer is received. The retainer amount is based on the event, so please call us for more information. You can either mail us the check or money order or we can make arrangements with you to meet in person to collect. Please do not mail cash. At this time, we only accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. Will we receive a receipt from our payment?
Of course! We can either mail or email you a receipt. We mail or email out receipts when you pay the non-refundable deposit and a separate one when you make the final payment or any payments in between. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT! |
What is an Event Agreement? What is a Wedding Agreement?
An Event Agreement is a form in which you provide us details of the event, or if a wedding, details about the ceremony and/or reception. This will be our guide at your event to make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. There is a separate form for weddings. The Wedding Agreement does the same thing as an Event Agreement, but it also allows us to see what type of music you want, how to announce the bridal party, etc. The completed/signed agreement is due back to us at least 30 days prior to your event or wedding. The event/wedding agreement is signed by the event coordinator or couple and is a binding contract with Rockin' Rhythm Entertainment. The agreement will be mailed or emailed out to you at least 2 months before your event or wedding, if applicable. |
